Natural Rock

The next ruin we stopped at was used to grow herbs for medicine.

There was a patio centered around a giant natural rock. The Incas believe that the rock was a connection to the Patcha Mama, or to the earth, so they would leave offerings in the little shelf to please the Patcha Mama.
