After the Hike in Torres del Paine we went to El Calafate, Argentina to see the National Park of Glaciers.
In The National Park we saw a glacier that moved two meters a day, creating noise from the shifting and breakage of the ice. We were able to walk along a bridge and get close enough to see all the cracks and details of the glacier.
Glacier Grey still had something that the National Park of Glaciers didn’t have to offer. Glacier Grey sat alone in the lake, it didn’t have any man made bridge for people to come to look at it nor boats surrounding it. It seemed more real, undiscovered, and mysterious than the glaciers in the National Park.
