El Calafate, Perito Moreno Glacier
Added by Nicole Allegar on October 22, 2008 at 07:04PM
Perito Moreno Glacier is located in the “Los Glaciases Nacional Parque”. The icefield of the park is the world’s thrid largest reserve of fresh water.
The Glacier moves two meters a day which is incredible fast seeing that on average glaciers move . This makes the glacier fun to watch because you can constantly hear the ice shifting and seeing giant pieces of ice fall into the water.
