Tortillas + Limon + Sugar = Yummy Desert Tortillas

The title says it all. But use caution… the lemon sugar mix is incredibly sticky, and if readily available, wearing rubber gloves is recommended when eating desert tortillas.

A group of friends and I made many a desert tortilla, but it would’ve been impossible without the help of the inventor (Alex Solomon, to the best of my knowledge), the bakers (Taco Cabana), the Professors (You know who you are… three assignments per week! That’s madness!) and the friends (Team… MECH!).
